No. This Level Two program is open to law students, lawyers, and supervised paralegals. Foundations (Level One) or equivalent experience is the prerequisite, since the drafting work assumes you already understand responsible-use basics.
The certificate verifies completion of a private professional training program. Certain live cohort sessions may separately qualify for CLE in specific jurisdictions when explicitly marked — we're pursuing approvals in Colorado, California, New York, and Florida.
Plan for roughly 4–6 hours per week across the live workshop, the drafting studio, and your weekly deliverable. The final week adds a capstone submission and a short oral debrief with faculty.
No. All labs run on supplied, non-confidential exercise files inside gated sandbox environments. Our Responsible AI Use Policy prohibits uploading client-identifying matter data into training tools.
